That is an Onderwater tandem bicycle, made in Amsterdam. I recently won a bicycle photo contest (accompanying the launch of the bicycle photo book ‘Bicycle Mania‘), with a photo I took of a family riding the long version of this bike, which I called ‘Family Cycle Train’. I think you will appreciate that ;).
This bike certainly falls into the category ‘thinking outside the box’ :).
